We extrude your tubing solution from a material suitable for medical or pharmaceutical technology according to your wishes (kink resistance, rigidity, strength, surface quality).
A high level of production hygiene is created by separated and controlled extrusion rooms with a connection to a certified clean room. Our own tool shop offers solutions for hose and profile extrusion for customer-specific products. A separate workshop for maintenance and repair work is provided.
We have experience in the extrusion of mono-lumen tubing, multi-lumen tubing, micro tubing and profiles. The multi-lumen hoses are extruded according to customer-specific specifications and shapes. The outside diameter of the micro tubes is less than 1 mm. Tubes made of hard PVC and other hard plastics can also be offered. In addition, hoses with drawn-in materials (e.g. wire or thread) can be extruded.
The goods are available on rolls or as cut goods.
